Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom and personalized orders may require 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used depends on your location, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
